Here are the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions:
- Gate access is 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week ⏰
- Don’t forget to bring a lock 🔐
- There are 2 restrooms available 🚽. 1) Just inside the entrance gate on the left. 2) On the 2nd floor of the climate controlled building. When you get off the elevator 🛗 on the NORTH side, make 2 quick left turns 👈 👈. Your gate code will get you in the building.
- If you haven’t set up auto-pay, we encourage you to do so soon. It makes things super-convenient for everyone and avoids awkward reminders 😬
- You can easily add additional storage units right on the web site. Just log in and rent another one. No need to create another account.
- Please give a 30 day notice before moving out 🗓️. You can do it right on the web site.
- When at your storage unit(s) smiling at others is optional, but highly encouraged! 😀
